Mike Henry (Syracuse/West Genesee) and
Sir.Quintin Campbell (Tonawanda/Kenmore East) combined for 46 points and 26 rebounds to lead visiting Buffalo State to an 88-82 victory over Nazareth tonight in a non-conference matchup.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- Henry led the Bengals with 24 points to go with 13 rebounds and three assists. He finished 12 of 14 at the free-throw line.
- Campbell added 22 points, 13 boards and two blocks and shot 11 of 16 from the floor.
- Sheldon Adams (Rochester/Bishop Kearney) was the only other Bengal scorer in double figures with 13 points.
- Buffalo State never trailed, jumping out to an 18-8 lead, before taking a 38-34 edge into the intermission.
- Nazareth cut the deficit to one early in the second half, but the Bengals rebuilt their lead to as many as 13 before coasting to the victory.
- Buffalo State outscored the Golden Flyers in the paint, 50-36, shooting 54 percent from the field, compared to 45 percent shooting by Nazareth.
- The Bengals dominated the glass, outrebounding Nazareth, 48-28.
FOR THE FOES
- The Golden Flyers were playing without leading scorer Tyler Stenglein for the second-straight game.
- Jake Burgio led the Golden Flyers with 29 points and 13 rebounds, and Cody Green netted 23 points.
