BUFFALO, N.Y.—Oswego outscored host Buffalo State 7-1 over the final 22 minutes to erase a three-goal deficit and record a 10-7 victory in a SUNYAC game today at Coyer Field.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- Morgan Hogue (Painted Post/Corning) paced Buffalo State with three goals and had a team-best four draw controls.
- Jackie Dufresne (Lake View/Frontier) scored twice.
- Alanna Herne (Tonawanda/Tonawanda) tallied a goal and two assists before leaving with an injury midway through the second half.
- Christina Krowel (Amsterdam/Burnt Hills-Ballston Lake) chipped in a goal and an assist for Buffalo State.
- Cassie Saint-Vil (Middletown/Middletown) had three draw controls, two caused turnovers and two ground balls.
- The goalie dominated much of the first half, but after falling behind 2-0 early, Buffalo State scored the final four goals of the opening period, including two in the final three minutes to take a 4-2 lead into the intermission.
- The Bengals extended the lead to three goals a 5-2 and again at 6-3 with 23:11 remaining, but would only score once more the rest of the way.
- Oswego scored three straight to even the score at 6-6, and after Hogue reclaimed the lead for the Bengals with 12:35 remaining, the Lakers poured in the game's final four goals.
- Oswego finished with a narrow 24-23 edge in shots and had a 17-14 advantage in ground balls, with Buffalo State keeping an 11-8 margin in draw controls.
- Megan Doyle (Palmyra/Palmyra-Macedon) finished with 10 saves in the loss, including stopping 7 of 9 shots on goal in the first half.

- Montana Garrett led the Lakers with five goals.
- Gemma O'Kane and Toni Laneve added two goals apiece.
- Angela Ponto made 10 saves in the win.
