The Matchup…Buffalo State enters this Saturday's season-opener against Bridgewater State returning seven starters on each side of the ball after finishing 5-5 last season.  Bridgewater State finished 8-3 last season and advanced to the NCAA playoffs where it lost to Alfred University, 33-27, in overtime.  The Bears dropped the first two games of the 2016 season before winning eight-straight to win their first Massachusetts State Collegiate Athletics Conference since 2000.
