BUFFALO, N.Y.—
Emil Norrman (Kungsbacka, Sweden/Jensen) made 35 saves and six different Bengals scored as Buffalo State roared past visiting Plattsburgh 6-1 tonight in SUNYAC action.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- The Bengals' line of Zach Remers (Clarence, NY/Canisius), Vadim Vasjonkin (Tallinn, Estonia) and Nikita Kozyrev (Tallinn, Estonia) combined to produce eight points to pace the offense. Remers had a goal and two assists, Vasjonkin had a goal and an assist, and Kozyrev dished out three assists.
- Charles Barber (Queensbury, NY/Lake George), Cody Symonds (Woodbridge, ON/Emily Carr), Jon Colley (Stouffville, ON/Stouffville District) and A.J. Marinelli (Amherst, NY/Kenmore East) also scored for Buffalo State.
- The Bengals struck first midway through the first period with Barber converting against his former team for his fifth of the season on a one-timer off a feed from Kozyrev.
- Plattsburgh drew even, but Symonds' second goal of the season on a rebound gave the Bengals a 2-1 lead before the first intermission.
- Despite being outshot 27-17 through the first two periods, Buffalo State was able to take a 3-1 lead into the final frame as Vasjonkin's 11th goal of the year for the only marker in the middle stanza.
- Buffalo State blew the game open with a pair of goals less than a minute apart early in the third with Colley's third of the year, followed by Remers' 12th.
- The Bengals appeared to score again just seconds later, but it was ruled that it was kicked into the net.
- Buffalo State completed the scoring in the closing minutes with an empty-netter by Marinelli.
- Plattsburgh finished with a 36-28 advantage in shots, but Norrman turned aside all but one attempt.
FOR THE FOES
- Joe Drabin scored the only goal for Plattsburgh.
