NEW PALTZ, NY – Hosa Omar (Buffalo, NY/Lackawanna) scored a goal in the 90
th minute to salvage a 1-1 draw for the Buffalo State men's soccer team on the road on Saturday afternoon against New Paltz.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- Tim Kane got the Hawks on the board first in the 21st minute, scoring off an assist from Joseph DiPreta.
- New Paltz held onto the 1-0 lead at halftime, and held a 5-2 advantage in shots on target.
- Each goalkeeper made a couple of crucial saves in the second half to keep the score at 1-0.
- With time running out for the Bengals, Omar was able to net the equalizing goal with 48 seconds left.
