BUFFALO, NY – The Buffalo State men's soccer team fell 2-1 to SUNYAC rival Oswego this evening at Coyer Field.
Adam Saif (Buffalo, NY/Coppell (TX)) scored his second goal of the season for the Bengals.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- Both teams were aggressive on offense early on.
- Kieran Gilroy got the scoring started in just the second minute.
- Oswego would go up 2-0 after Liam Rothar knocked in a goal off a rally off the crossbar.
- The Bengals would respond shortly after in the 12th minute as the Saif-Saif connection got the Bengals on the board.
- Each team would hold strong defense the rest of the half.
- In the 66th minute, both teams would finish a man down after coinciding red cards.
- Buffalo State outshot Oswego 16-8 overall.
FOR THE FOES
- Gilroy scored his team-leading seventh goal of the year and Rothar earned his second.
