POTSDAM, NY – The Buffalo State women's soccer team dropped a SUNYAC contest to Potsdam by a final score of 5-0 on Saturday afternoon.

- Faye Panagopoulos (Buffalo, NY/Kenmore West), Elsa Graf (Pulaski, NY/Sandy Creek), and Ari Smith (East Concord, NY/Springville Griffith) all recorded a shot on target for the Bengals.
- Sam Kaufman (Cheektowaga, NY/West Seneca East) made six saves in goal.
HOW IT HAPPENED
- Potsdam opened the scoring in the 10th minute, then doubled the advantage in the 18th minute on a penalty kick goal.
- Panagopoulos attempted to respond for the Bengals just a minute later, but her shot on goal was saved by the Bears' keeper.
- In the 31st minute, Potsdam scored again on a goal by Layla McKeiver off an assist by Emily Jordan.
- The Bears added a pair of goals in the second half to account for the final score.

- Meg Napolean had two goals for Potsdam, while Savannah Bowie made three saves for a clean sheet.
