CORTLAND, NY – The Buffalo State men's soccer team saw the season come to an end on Wednesday afternoon, falling by a final score of 5-0 in the SUNYAC Semifinals.

- Diego Rivera (East Meadow, NY/Cairo Durham) had four shot attempts for the Bengals.
- Rivera and Manu Prieto (Cascais, Portugal/Salesianos do Estoril) each had one shot on goal.
- Shae Wirt (Overland Park, KS/St. Thomas Aquinas) made nine saves in goal for the Bengals.
HOW IT HAPPENED
- Cortland took the lead in the seventh minute of the contest, then added a second goal in the 13th minute to go up 2-0 early.
- Right on the half-hour mark, the Red Dragons added a goal by Mateo Marra, then Marra scored his second of the game just over three minutes later to help Cortland take a 4-0 lead into halftime.
- The Red Dragons put one final goal on the tally in the 69th minute, and Buffalo State played the final 25 minutes down a man after a red card.
