SPRINGFIELD, MA – The Buffalo State women's wrestling team competed against #21 Western New England University and Maine Maritime this afternoon at the Anthony S. Caprio Alumni Healthful Living Center.

The Bengal Breakdown

• Brooke Tarshis (Pine Bush, NY/Pine Bush) and Rosaliz Aponte (Fredonia, NY/Fredonia) each earned a point in their respective brackets against Western New England.
• Tarshis, Aponte later picked up five points each over Maine Maritime.
• Renata Tumusabire (Buffalo, NY/Math, Science, Technology Preparatory Academy) and Hailey Hankinson (Grand Island, NY/North Tonawanda) also picked up five points for the Bengals against the Mariners.
• Natalie Padilla (Bronx, NY/St. Catharine) also earned five points for Buffalo State in her matchup against the Mariners.
