CORTLAND, NY – The Buffalo State women's basketball team fell short against the Cortland Red Dragons in a SUNYAC matchup tonight with a final score of 86-56 at the Corey Gymnasium.

HOW IT HAPPENED

• Cortland led for the entire first quarter, however, the Bengals were able to keep it close as they only trailed by five.
• The Red Dragons offense continued to keep the pressure up as they led 50-37 heading into halftime.
• Buffalo State was quiet on offense in the third quarter as they scored only four points.
• Cortland was able to cruise the rest of the way to secure the victory.
