WAYNESBURG, PA – The Buffalo State women's wrestling team earned a split at the Waynesburg Duals defeating the host-Yellowjackets, 30-10, before falling to Bethany, 34-14 at the Rudy Marisa Fieldhouse.

- In the win over the Yellowjackets, the Bengals took an early lead with a pair of forfeits.
- Rosaliz Aponte (Fredonia, NY/Fredonia), Brooke Tarshis (Pine Bush, NY/Pine Bush), Ariel Babb (Brooklyn, NY/Urban Assembly for Law & Justice), and Diamond Martin (Buffalo, NY/WNY Maritime Charter) each picked up wins with falls to secure the win over Waynesburg.
- Aponte and Mads Szymanowski (Ripley, NY/Chautauqua Lake) each earned wins against Bethany, however, the Bison picked up four straight wins to win the head-to-head matchup.
