  • Hobart jumped out to an early 7-0 lead. After the Bengals got on the board with a safety, the game would enter a lengthy delay due to weather.
  • Coming out of the break, Hobart scored three unanswered touchdowns entering halftime with a 28-2 lead.
  • After another score in the third quarter, Hobart took control of the action.
  • Higdon scored for the Bengals in the fourth quarter, but the Statesmen held strong defensively to secure the win.
