HOW IT HAPPENED

However, the Colonels responded with a four-point rally of their own, keeping the match competitive and bringing the set within two points. After a back-and-forth battle, the Bengals surged again with another five-point rally before sealing the first set with a 25-20 victory.
  • In the second set, both teams traded points throughout, but a four-point Bengals rally put them ahead. The Colonels answered with a three-point rally to stay in contention, but the Bengals remained composed, using a three-point rally of their own to close out the set with a 25-18 win.
  • In the third and potentially clinching set, the Bengals kept their foot on the gas, maintaining strong rallies throughout. Leading 19-10, they faced a late push from the Colonels, who used three- and four-point rallies to close the gap. However, the Bengals held firm, edging out the final set 25-18 to secure a 3-0 sweep at home.
