BUFFALO, NY – Coming off a historic 2024 campaign, the Buffalo State men's soccer team has announced their schedule for the upcoming 2025 season. Head Coach
Francesco Cardillo enters his eighth season leading the Bengals as they look to continue their presence as one of the premier SUNYAC programs as well as a nationally-ranked squad.
The Bengals will open the season with a pair of home contests featuring a matchup with New Jersey City University (Aug. 29) and Geneseo (Aug. 30). Buffalo State will then compete in the annual Fredonia Blue Devil Classic as they will face Bryant & Stratton-Rochester (Sept. 5) and Alfred University (Sept. 6). Next up, Cardillo's squad will see four of their next five games in the friendly confines of Coyer Field featuring Brockport (Sept. 10), Houghton (Sept. 16), Hilbert (Sept. 20), and their SUNYAC Opener against Potsdam (Sept. 27). That lone road contest will be a non-conference matchup at Grove City (Sept. 13).
Buffalo State will then embark on a stretch of eight straight SUNYAC contests featuring a road contest at Morrisville (Oct. 1), home against Canton (Oct. 4) and Fredonia (Oct. 8), at Cortland (Oct. 11) and Oneonta (Oct. 15), home against New Paltz (Oct. 18), and two road contests with Oswego (Oct. 22) and Plattsburgh (Oct. 25). The Bengals will cap-off the 2025 regular season at Hobart (Oct. 28) for a non-conference duel with the Statesmen.
