MORRISVILLE, NY – The Buffalo State men's soccer team picked up their first conference win of the season with a 5-1 final over the Morrisville Mustangs on Drake Field.

INSIDE THE BENGAL BOX SCORE
- Lesedi Sekhobo (Albany, NY/Shaker) paced the Bengals with two goals and an assist.
- Zaccaria Gerosa (New York, NY/U. of Nebraska HS), Sam Christian (Cockermouth, England/Cockermouth), and Gus Radner (Wendell, MA/Frontier Regional) also all scored for Buffalo State.
- Carson Smith (Big Flats, NY/Horseheads) made a pair of saves in net.
HOW IT HAPPENED
- The Mustangs opened the scoring this afternoon with a goal early in the first half.
- Buffalo State responded with a pair of goals later in the half as Gerosa and Sekhobo each scored to give the Bengals a 2-1 lead into the half.
- Coming out of the break, the Bengals continued to push offensively with three goals, including Radner's first goal as a Bengal.
- The Buffalo State defense was able to run out the clock and keep the Morrisville offense off the board for the remainder of the action to earn their first conference win of the season.
FOR THE FOES
- Aaron Chapman scored for the Mustangs while Jonathan Tolpa made ten saves in goal in the effort.
