ROCHESTER, NY – The Buffalo State men's and women's indoor track & field teams returned to action this weekend competing at the Nazareth D3 Elite Meet at the Golisano Training Center.
 
THE BENGAL BREAKDOWN

• Shamiah Brown (Buffalo, NY/Hutch Tech) won the 200-meter dash with a time of 27.62.
• Nyla Wilson-Epps (Buffalo, NY/Tapestry) took home fifth in the shot put and second in the weight throw with marks of 11.52 meters and 15.78 meters, respectively.
• Terrell Price (Depew, NY/Depew) and Logan Abate (Green Brook, NJ/Watchung Hills) finished 1-2 in the 60-meter dash finishing just .05 seconds apart. Price later went on to win the 200-meter dash at 22.96 seconds.
• Quinn Grover (Buffalo, NY/Alden) leaped to a fourth place finish in the triple jump at 12.76 meters.
• Bryan Honan (Cortland, NY/Cortland) and Ehtan Mitrano (Penfield, NY/Penfield) each had a strong showing in the weight throw as they finished in the top-5 of nearly 40 throwers.
