• Gwen Jarosz (North Tonawanda, NY/Niagara-Wheatfield) and Makenzie Below (Saugerties, NY/Saugerties) each finished with two shots on net.

HOW IT HAPPENED

• Returning to Coyer Field for a back-to-back matchup, the Bengals looked to respond after yesterday's defeat to Baldwin Wallace University in their next nonconference matchup against the FDU-Florham Devils.
• In the first half, the Bengals would find some early chances on offense with tough shots on net. This push would put the Devils on their heels, but the Devils would respond with the game's first goal in the 32^nd minute, taking the lead over the Bengals. A late push before the halftime whistle would come up short for the Bengals, who'd enter the break down a goal.
• In the second half, the Bengals attempted to up their tempo in hopes of finding an equalizer in this matchup. However, the Devils would find pockets in the Bengals' defense to attack, scoring their second goal of the game in the 52^nd minute. A surge of pressure from the Bengals offense would lead to some late chances to get on the scoreboard, but the Devils would stay strong, scoring in the 86^th minute to close out the Bengals.
• The Bengals were outshot by the Devils 15 to 11, with 11 on goal for the Devils and seven for the Bengals.

FOR THE FOES

• Teagan Jones scored two goals for the Devils, with Leila Duffie adding a goal as well.
• Italia Penevolpe picked up the shutout win in net, making seven saves for the Devils.
