Q: Who can join the Bengal Club?
A: Anyone with an interest in supporting Buffalo State intercollegiate athletics is eligible to join, including parents, faculty, staff, friends, etc.
Q: How is the Bengal Club administered?
A: A 15-member board of directors, standing members of the Bengal Club aids in the administration of the club.
Q: Where do the contributions go?
A: All money generated through the Bengal Club is deposited with the Buffalo State Foundation which is administered by the college's financial officer.
Q: What happens with that money?
A: Contributions provide much-needed assistance for intercollegiate athletics, including team banquets, awards, equipment, etc. Requests by teams for assistance are made through the athletics director.
Q: What do I get for my contribution?
A: Benefits are distributed according to contribution level. Some benefits, depending on the level of giving, are tax deductible.
