Blake Treadwell

Blake Treadwell joined the Bengals' staff in 2021 as the team’s offensive line coach.

Treadwell as a second team All-Big Ten selection as an offensive lineman at Michigan State University where he played from 2009-2013.  Treadwell helped the Spartans win two Big Ten championships and reach four bowl games. As a senior captain, he started all 14 games at left guard for a Michigan State team that won a school-record 13 games and wrapped up the season ranked third in the national polls. A two-time Academic All-Big Ten selection and five-year letterwinner, he was also recognized on ESPN.com's 2013 All-Bowl Team for his performance during the Spartans' 24-20 victory over No. 5 Stanford in the 100th Rose Bowl. He played in 44 career games, including 24 starts on the offensive line and six on the defensive line.

Prior to coming to Buffalo State, Treadwell spent the previous two seasons coaching running backs at Bucknell University and had previous stints as an offensive line graduate assistant at Michigan State (2017-19) and the University of South Florida (2015-17).  He got his coaching start as the offensive line coach at East Lansing High School in 2014.
