Wilson joined the Bengals' staff in 2019 with a coaching career that spans four decades in Western New York.
Wilson coached football at the University at Buffalo from 1983-92 before transitioning to high school. He then coached football and track and field at Silver Creek from 1993-01, before moving to Depew High School where he stayed until 2019. At Depew, he coached football, track and field and also was the athletic director for his final eight years.
He played football at UB from 1979-82 and completed his bachelor's in physical eduction before earning his master's from Canisius.
Wilson is married to his wife Linda and they have three children, Kristin, Ryan and Austin.
