Buffalo State University Athletics

Michael Waring joined the Buffalo State football coaching staff in the spring of 2016 and serves as the academic, recruiting and run game coordinator.

Waring was a two-year letter winner and three-time NCAC Champion at Wittenberg University during the 2010-13 seasons during his playing days.

Waring graduated with a bachelor of arts in communication and a minor in journalism from Wittenberg and attended Lake Shore during his high school years.  There he lettered in baseball, basketball, and football and was honored as a WNY Scholar-Athlete.
