Anthony Pavone joined the Bengals' staff in 2011 as the team's Video Coordinator and Director of Hockey Operations. He then went on to become an Analytics Tracker & Video Scout for the Mississauga Steelheads of the Ontario Hockey League in 2017 - a position he still holds. Pavone rejoined the Bengals for the 2021-22 campaign. 
 
Pavone joined the Bengals after serving as a Hockey Operations Assistant with the Canisius College Men's hockey team during the 2010-11 season. That same year, he also was an assistant coach at Nichols School in Buffalo for their 7/8th grade boys Prep 'A' team.
 
Pavone has assisted in several hockey camps during his career, such as Bob Janosz School of Goaltending (Buffalo, NY) and DSkate Hockey (Montreal, Quebec).
 
A native of Tonawanda, NY, Pavone earned his bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Sports Management from Daemen College.  He resides in Hamburg, NY.
