Crowe joined the Bengals' coaching staff for the 2011-12 season. He played four seasons at Division I Clarkson University, appearing in 91 career games. He received the 2010 Richmond Unsung Hero Award for unselfish play while significantly contributing to team success as a defenseman. He also helped the Golden Knights capture the ECAC regular season title in 2008 and win an ECAC Championship in 2007, and advance to the NCAA playoffs in each season.
Crowe’s junior hockey career included stints locally with the Buffalo Jr. Sabres, as well as with the Markham Waxers, Springfield Spirit and Texarkana Bandits.
Crowe served as a pro scouting intern with the Buffalo Sabres, and has also worked with the Bob Janosz School of Goaltending, Mitch Korn Goalie School and Greg Gardner Goaltending.
Born in Bremerhaven, Germany, Crowe is a dual citizen. He was raised in Kenmore, N.Y. and graduated from St. Joe’s Collegiate Institute before earning his bachelor’s degree in business from Clarkson. Crowe currently resides in Kenmore with his wife Bethany.
