Ashley HoldridgeĀ completed her third season leading the women's lacrosse program in 2025 that saw Buffalo State reach the SUNYAC Semifinals for the first time since the 2012 season.

Holdridge spent two seasons as the head women's lacrosse coach at SUNY MorrisvilleĀ in 2021 and 2022. In her brief tenure, Holdridge led the Mustangs to the 2021 North Eastern Athletic Conference (NEAC) regular-season title, NEAC Championship and NCAA Tournament berth, as well as the semifinals of the United East conference tournament in 2022. In those two seasons, she coached 15 All-Conference selections, including 2021 NEAC Rookie of the Year Maddie Baum and NEAC Defensive Player of the Year Kadi Denney.

Off the field, Holdridge was an active member of both the Mental Health and Wellness and D.E.I. Task Force Committees for the Mustangs, and also served on the staff of the college's Fitness Center.

Prior to Morrisville, Holdridge served as the head coach of Cedar Crest College in Allentown, PA for two seasons. Under her guidance, nine student-athletes were selected to the All-CSAC teams.

Holdridge was an integral member of the Athletic Implementation Team for Cedar Crest, helping to assist with department diversity and the creation of the Black Athlete Student Union, for which she served as co-Advisor.

A student-athlete herself, the Syracuse, NY native spent four years as a member of the women's lacrosse team at Siena College as a goalie. She appeared in 49 games over her career, and was named to the MAAC All-Rookie Team in her freshman campaign.

In addition to her success on the field, Holdridge was honored on the All-MAAC Academic Team and was chosen as the women's lacrosse selection for the Arthur Ashe Jr. Sports Scholar Award in 2016.

Holdridge completed her Bachelor's degree in Psychology in 2016 from Siena, with minors in Health Service Administration, Sociology, Health Studies, and Management. She received her Master's degree from St. Bonaventure University in 2021 in Education, Clinical Mental Health, graduating with a 4.0 GPA.
