Ken Voght is in his 15th season as an assistant for the Bengals in 2016, following a five-year tenure as a coach for the varsity girls team at Kenmore East High School. While coaching at Kenmore East, he led the team to five consecutive winning seasons, and the only Section VI Class A championships ever captured by the program. He holds a USSF D License and has 31 years of coaching experience, eight of which were at the premier youth level. 

Voght’s youth teams have captured championships in every league in Western New York, as well as dozens of tournaments throughout the northeast and eastern Canada. He is the founder and director of the Upstate Premier League, the Upstate Travel League, and the Upstate Women's League where he coached the Kenmore Ambush to three league championships over a six year period.
 
Voght currently serves as Operations Manager for the Kenmore Soccer Club, which services hundreds of youth travel soccer players in the Kenmore/Tonawanda community. Ken and his wife Patti reside in Tonawanda.
