Reichart joined the Buffalo State Athletic Training Staff in July 2016 as a part-time Assistant Athletic Trainer. In August 2017, she was promoted to a full-time Assistant Athletic Trainer. In the Spring of 2023, she was promoted to Associate Head Athletic Trainer. She graduated in 2016 from Daemen University with her Master of Science in Athletic Training and in 2015 from Daemen University with her Bachelor of Science in Health Care Studies Specializing in Health and Fitness Training with minors in Biology and General Business.
Her varied clinical experiences include professional women's soccer with the National Women's Soccer League (NWSL) team, the Western New York (WNY) Flash (now North Carolina Courage), University at Buffalo, Daemen University, (the former) Medaille University, SUNY Erie, and Niagara Falls High School. Reichart is also a clinical preceptor for University at Buffalo's Athletic Training Education Program. She serves as SUNY Buffalo State's Intercollegiate Athletics Insurance and CPR/AED/First-Aid Coordinator. Rachel is an active member of the NATA, EATA, NYSATA, CATS and NSCA.  Â
