Buffalo State head acrobatics and tumbling coach Alia Stark has added Brianna Blaszak to the coaching staff for the inaugural 2023-24 season.
Blaszak comes to Buffalo State after competing on the acrobatics and tumbling team at Gannon University where she was initially recruited by Stark. The Clarence native has been a gymnast for 16 years prior to her three years at Gannon. Blaszak excelled in the classroom where she was a three-time PSAC (Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference) scholar-athlete, earned the Division II ADA (Athletic Directors Association) Academic Achievement Award, and was on the NCATA (National College Acrobatics and Tumbling Association) Academic Honor Roll in 2022.
Blaszak earned her degree from Gannon in psychology and criminal justice and also currently works in a security position at Erie County Medical Center.
