The Buffalo State women's lacrosse team, led by first year head coach Bean Minerd, has announced the addition of Lauren Rinow to the coaching staff for the upcoming 2026 season.
 
Rinow played from 2022-2025 and served as a team captain in 2024 and 2025. Across 63 games played, Rinow totaled 121 points on 90 goals and 31 assists with four game-winning goals, 122 ground balls, 63 caused turnovers, and 84 draw controls. Rinow was named SUNYAC Defensive Player of the Week in April 2025 and graduated with a degree in data science & analytics from Buffalo State.
