The junior hospitality and tourism major helped break a pair of school records and shot up the national performance list during the Boston University Valentine Invitational this weekend. Vann broke her own school record by nearly two seconds in the 400-meter dash with a time of 56.82 seconds, good for the fourth-fastest time in Division III this season. She also ran a leg of the distance medley relay that broke the previous school mark by more than 12 seconds, clocking 12:31.30.
