Goodman, a freshman health & wellness major, had a record breaking start to his outdoor career setting the school record in the shot put with a mark of 15.84 meters at the Bobcat Invite hosted by Texas State. Goodman took 12th in the event while also competing in the discus throw with a throw of 41.83 meters. Goodman currently sits first in the SUNYAC in the shot put by nearly a full meter and also sits second in the discus throw.
