OSWEGO, NY— Buffalo State (6-11-1/2-7) scored first, but the No. 1-ranked team in the nation Oswego (17-1/9-0) proved to be too strong for the Bengals, exploding with the next 10 goals in a 10-1 victory in a SUNYAC game tonight at the Campus Center Ice Arena. 

D'Arcy Thomas (Gatineau, PQ/Philemon Wright) opened the scoring for the Bengals just 1:09 into the game with an assist from Mike Luzarraga (Sugarland, TX/Clements). Oswego took over from there however, scoring 10 unanswered goals, and outshooting Buffalo State 49-15 for the game.

Buffalo State will look to regroup tomorrow at Cortland in a 7 p.m. faceoff.
