CLERMONT, Fla.—Buffalo State (2-2) came up empty against a pair of nationally-ranked opponents, falling 4-0 against No. 14 Eastern Connecticut (7-2), and 7-0 to No. 25 Wisconsin-Whitewater (7-5) today at the USA National Training Center.

Laken Pogorzelski (Dunkirk/Dunkirk) led off the game with the Bengals' only hit, going 1 for 2 with a walk on the day.
