OSWEGO, NY—Junior Barb Kiliszek (Depew/Lancaster) netted a career-high 27 points and had seven steals to lead visiting Buffalo State (10-6/5-5) to its fourth-straight victory, defeating Oswego (7-10/4-6), 69-48, in a SUNYAC game this evening at Max Ziel Gymnasium.

Staci McElroy (Saratoga Springs/Saratoga Springs) added nine points, Dee Layne (Brooklyn/E. NY Family) had 11 rebounds, and Aleesha Williams (Cheektowaga/Pioneer) chipped in eight points and 10 boards.

Buffalo State fell into an 8-0 hole to start the game, but battled back and led 34-33 at halftime. The Bengals never trailed again and used a 23-7 run to close the game and pull away. The Bengals dominated the Lakers inside, outrebounding the home team 50-38, and outscoring Oswego, 36-20 in the paint.

Buffalo State will visit Cortland tomorrow at 2 p.m.
