OSWEGO, NY—Oswego (3-8-2/2-3-1) scored a pair of goals in a span of 1:59 in the first half and held on for a 2-0 victory over visiting Buffalo State (2-9-1/0-4-1) today in a SUNYAC contest. 
The Lakers capitalized on a Bengal turnover and opened the scoring in the 33rd minute, and then converted again just under two minutes later to complete the scoring.  
Oswego finished with an 11-7 advantage in shots, including 6-2 in the opening half.  The Bengals were able to generate some offensive opportunities, posting a 5-3 edge in corner kicks, but could not break through.  
Hunter Hein (E. Amherst/Clarence) finished with a pair of saves for the Bengals. 
Buffalo State will travel to Alfred University for a non-conference matchup on Tuesday at 7 p.m.
