Box Score ATLANTA—Buffalo State (5-2) pushed its winning streak to four, netting a season-best 21 goals in a lopsided 21-4 victory over host Oglethorpe (0-11) this evening to complete its southern road trip.
Becca Martinez (Syracuse/Corcoran) led the Bengals again with four goals and two assists.
Niki Paulhardt (Hanover, MN/Oswego) added three goals and two assists, and
Kendra Thomas (Painted Post/Corning West) scored twice and had a pair of helpers.
Kelly McGill (Endwell/Maine-Endwell) and
Abigail Tolley (Amherst/Clarence) netted a pair of goals each, and
Sarah Lorusso (Lakeview/Frontier),
Andrea Folgherait (Oswego/Oswego),
Biss Privitera (Angola/Lake Shore),
Meghan Farrell (Endicott/Union-Endicott),

The Bengals jumped out to a 7-0 lead less than 12 minutes into the game and continued to overpower the Stormy Petrels the rest of the way. The Bengals outshot Oglethorpe 49-9, had a 38-15 advantage in ground balls, and a 19-7 edge in draw controls.
Colleen George (Johnson City/Maine-Endwell) played the complete game in goal, finishing with two saves.
The Bengals will open SUNYAC play at home this Saturday against New Paltz at 1 p.m.
