Box Score CORTLAND, NY—No. 2 Cortland (12-0/5-0) had 10 different players score as it cruised to an 18-4 victory over visiting Buffalo State (7-5/2-3) in a SUNYAC game today at SUNY Cortland Stadium Complex.
 
Becca Martinez (Syracuse/Corcoran) scored twice for Buffalo State, while Meghan Farrell (Endicott/Union-Endicott) added a goal and an assist.  Alexis Wilensky (Syracuse/Corcoran) also scored for the Bengals.
 
The Red Dragons jumped out to a 12-1 advantage and led 13-2 at the half before slowing the pace in the final 30 minutes.  Cortland finished with a 41-16 advantage in shots and a 17-7 edge in draw controls.  Colleen George (Johnson City/Maine-Endwell) went the distance in goal for Buffalo State, finishing with 11 saves.
 
Buffalo State is scheduled to return home to host Fredonia on Tuesday at 4 p.m.
