The victory was the seventh league win of the season, matching Buffalo State's school record set back in the inaugural season of the ECAC West in 2001-02.
Goodwin's three goals gave her 20 for the season and moved her into second place in NCAA Division III this year.

Jeyna Minnick (Rochester, NY/Greece-Arcadia) and
Bri Carroll (Peoria, AZ/AZ Virtual Academy) also scored.

Goodwin netted two more goals just 21 seconds apart early in the third and the rout was on. William Smith got on the board a few minutes later before Carroll completed the scoring cashing in on a scramble in front of the net with just under 10 minutes remaining.
Buffalo State outshot the Herons 38-19, and finished 3 for 6 on the power play, while killing off all three Heron chances with the extra attacker.

Buffalo State will hit the road for another ECAC West game next Friday at Oswego.
