—Luke Pavone (Churchville/Churchville-Chili) scored on a second-half penalty kick to even the score for Buffalo State, but Potsdam prevailed in double-overtime by a 2-1 count in a SUNYAC contest today at SUNY Canton.

HOW IT HAPPENED- Potsdam opened the scoring with the only goal of the first half on header off a long throw in.
- Pavone converted on a penalty kick for the second-consecutive game for his 11th goal of the season in the 75th minute to force overtime.
- The teams traded a pair of shots each in the first extra period, but nothing was settled, forcing a second overtime.
- Potsdam finally ended the contest on the only shot of the final frame in the 108th minute.
- The Bears outshot Buffalo State, 16-12, for the contest.
- William Banahene (Rochester/Brighton) finished with seven saves for Buffalo State.
FOR THE FOES- Jorge Ferrer scored Potsdam's first goal, and Justin Kellett netted the overtime game-winner.
- Jesse Kohler had six stops in goal for the Bears.
