Gabrianna Boldinski's (Tonawanda/Kenmore East) goal was the difference as Buffalo State blanked host Oneonta, 1-0, finishing the SUNYAC slate undefeated and earning its first-ever conference regular season title.

HOW IT HAPPENED- Buffalo State was the aggressor in the first half, outshooting the Red Dragons, 6-2, but could not break through.
- The Bengals finally scored in the 67th minute, when Boldinski netter her third goal of the season on a header off of a long throw in by Alexis Carillo (Pine Bush/Pine Bush).
- Oneonta attempted to apply some late pressure, but could not generate the equalizer as the Bengals finished with a 9-6 edge in shots for the game.
- Jessica McCarey (Middletown/Middletown) needed to make just one save to secure her fifth shutout of the season.
FOR THE FOES- Kelly Murphy made one save in goal for Oneonta in the first half, before being relieved by Rori Stark who had two saves and one goal against in the final 45 minutes.
NOTEWORTHY- The Bengals have clinched the No. 1 seed entering the SUNYAC playoffs for the first time in school history.
- Buffalo State extended its unbeaten streak to 13 games at 12-0-1.
- Buffalo State registered its ninth shutout of the season, one shy of the school's single-season record.
UP NEXTBuffalo State will close out the regular season with a non-conference game at St. John Fisher on Wednesday at 7 p.m. The Bengals will receive a first-round playoff bye in the SUNYAC playoffs and will host a semifinal matchup on Wednesday, Nov. 4 at 1 p.m. against the winner of No. 4 Plattsburgh/No. 5 Brockport.
