Catherine Mammoser (Eden/Eden) had a goal and an assist and No. 23 ranked Buffalo State scored three first-half goals and cruised to a ninth-consecutive victory today, defeating host Potsdam, 3-1.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- Buffalo State wasted little time getting started as Mammoser opened the scoring with her fifth goal of the season and second in as many days just 2:06 into the contest.
- Tianna Hatch (Endicott/Elmira Free Acad.) extended the lead in the ninth minute with her fifth goal of the year off a cross from Melissa Smith (N. Tonawanda/Niagara Wheatfield).
- Victoria Colotti's (New Windsor/Newburgh Free) second goal of the season in the 17th minute with an assist from Mammoser sent the Bengals off to the races.
- Potsdam did manage to score in the 83rd minute, finally ending freshman goalkeeper Taylor Carillo (Pine Bush/Pine Bush) and Buffalo State's school-record streak of 871 minutes and 56 seconds without conceding a goal.
- Buffalo State outshot the Bears, 22-5, for the game, including 15-1 on goal.
