Tyrone Adeyeye scored 23 points, leading a balanced Buffalo State attack as the Bengals cruised to a 114-87 win over Point Park in the final game of the Coles Classic.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- Adeyeye led the Bengals in scoring and added six rebounds, two steals and two blocks.
- Mike Henry (Syracuse/West Genesee) recorded a double-double for the second straight game, finishing with 19 points and 12 rebounds.
- Bryan Harrell (Rochester/Early College) added 16 points off the bench.
- J.C. Christopher (Bronx/Mott Haven Campus) and Sheldon Adams (Rochester/Bishop Kearney) each chipped in 10 points.
- Following a couple early points by Point Park, Buffalo State scored 12 straight points to retake the lead and control it for the entirety of the game.
- A layup from Adeyeye, with two minutes left to play in the first half, gave the Bengals its largest lead of the first half with a 13-point advantage.
- Both teams battled early in the second half until a 15-3 run by Buffalo State put the game out of reach.
- Buffalo State broke the century mark for the first time this season as Steven Calvo (Bronx/Riverdale/Kingsbridge Acad.) connected on a 3-pointer with six minutes left.
- The Bengals held a 22-12 lead in free throws and a 10-5 lead in 3-pointers for the game.
- The Pioneers outscored Buffalo State in fast break points (18-8), but were outshot by 15 points off the bench.
FOR THE FOES
- Michael Connor led the Pioneers with 22 points and three rebounds.
- Gavin Rajahpillay added 15 points. Aaron Barlow chipped in 14 points and 12 rebounds.
THE LATE GAME
- Maine-Ft. Kent scored 53 points in the second half against Villa Maria to claim the Coles Classic, 97-76.
- Anthony Knight led the Bengals with 25 points and seven rebounds. Thomas Enerva added 13 points and 12 rebounds
- DeJaun Owens led the Vikings with 30 points.
