BUFFALO, N.Y.—
Katie Villarini (Hamburg/Hamburg) scored a career-high 16 points but it was not enough as Buffalo State suffered a 68-55 setback to visiting Oswego in tonight's SUNYAC matchup in the Sports Arena.

- Liv LeBaron (Horseheads/Corning Painted Post) netted 15 points for Buffalo State to go with three rebounds and one assist.
- Villarini added seven rebounds and four assists in the game.
- Grace Licata (Williamsville/Williamsville South) chipped in nine points and six rebounds.
- Kendall Mills (Buffalo/Kenmore East) and Lex Williams (Brooklyn/South Shore) each finished with five points.
- Buffalo State battled in the first quarter but found itself down 14-13 at the end of the first 20 minutes of action.
- Villarini connected on a jumper with 8:10 left in the second quarter to give Buffalo State its first lead of the day, 15-14.
- The Bengals turned the Lakers over 16 times in the first half to take a 28-22 lead at halftime.
- A jumper from Villarini gave Buffalo State its largest lead of the game with 3:34 left in the third quarter. The Bengals finished the quarter with a 42-39 lead.
- Oswego retook the lead early in the fourth quarter and used a 10-0 to push the game out of reach.
- Oswego held a 41-36 advantage in rebounds, but Buffalo State recorded 15 offensive rebounds.
- The Bengals outscored the Lakers 15-5 in second chance points for the game.
