BUFFALO, N.Y.— Oneonta limited Buffalo State to just 21 second-half points as the host Bengals dropped a 61-42 defeat in the SUNYAC contest this afternoon in the Sports Arena.

- Katie Villarini (Hamburg/Hamburg) led the Bengals in scoring with 10 points and four rebounds.
- Lay Knight (Brooklyn/Brooklyn Prep) chipped in 10 rebounds and two points.
- Kendall Mills (Buffalo/Kenmore East) and Anasah DeMember (Elmira Elmira) finished with nine points and seven points respectively.
- Buffalo State found themselves on the wrong side of a 9-2 run to open the game but battled back to trim the lead to 12-11 after 10 minutes of action.
- The Red Dragons opened the second frame on a 17-7 run to take a commanding 32-21 lead at halftime.
- Oneonta used a 10-4 run early in the third quarter to extend its lead and never trailed the rest of the way, picking up a 61-42 win.
- Buffalo State shot 28 percent from the floor and 33 percent from long range.
