David Dee at home today against reigning national champion and current No. 1-ranked Plattsburgh, dropping a 5-0 decision.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- The Cardinals scored twice in the first, twice in the second and completed the scoring with the only goal of the third period.
- Plattsburgh posted a 39-14 advantage in shots on goal as Bri Gawronski (Dunkirk, NY/Mt. Mercy) finished with 34 saves in the loss.
- The Cardinals finished 2 for 7 on the power play, and the Bengals were 0 for 4.
FOR THE FOES
- Taylor Whitney scored twice for Plattsburgh. Sara Krauseneck, Annie Katonka and Sarah Wolf also scored.
- Ashley Davis made 14 saves for the shutout.
