BROCKPORT, N.Y.— Freshman
Emil Norrman (Kungsbacka, Sweden/Jensen) made 31 saves for his first collegiate shutout, backstopping the Bengals to a 3-0 victory at Brockport today in a SUNYAC contest.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- Zach Remers (Clarence, NY/Canisius) scored a pair of goals for Buffalo State, and Vadim Vasjonkin (Tallinn, Estonia) had a goal an assist.
- Vasjonkin opened the scoring midway through the opening period with assists from Remers and Charles Barber (Queensbury, NY/Lake George).
- Remers tallied the long goal of the middle stanza with a helper from Nikita Kozyrev (Tallinn, Estonia), and then added his second of the game and sixth of the season late in the third period with assists from Vasjonkin and Cody Symonds (Woodbridge, ON/Emily Carr).
- Brockport finished with a 31-29 edge in shots on goal, including 17 shots in the third, but Norrman had an answer for all of them.
FOR THE FOES
- Matt Schneider finished with 26 saves for the Golden Eagles.
