FREDONIA, N.Y.—Four different Bengals scored as Buffalo State won its third-consecutive game to open the season, shutting out Westminster, 4-0, today in the opening game of the Fredonia Classic.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- Zak Shaibi (Buffalo/McKinley) started the scoring for the Bengals with his third goal of the season just over five minutes into the contest, and Ali Shawish (Lackawanna/Lackawanna) doubled the lead with his second goal of the year in the 21st minute.
- Buffalo State continued to pour it on in the first half when Nemanja Simic (Grand Island/Grand Island) scored his first goal of the season in the 30th minute.
- Trevor Moreland (Newfane/Newfane) scored his first goal of the season in the 66th minute for the only goal of the second half as the Bengals coasted to the victory.
- Moe Saif (Lackawanna/Coppell (TX)) registered a pair of assists, and Saleman Salim (Nairobi, Kenya/Hutch Tech) added a single assist.
- The Bengals dominated play from the opening whistle, outshooting Westminster 18-3 for the game, including 10-1 on goal.
- Andreas Queen (Stone Ridge/Rondout Valley) needed to make just one save for his second shutout of the young season.

- Ezra Cimino finished with six saves for Westminster.
