  • The Mustangs added a third goal with under a minute remaining in the period, as Allie Davidson pushed a rebound past Auge.
  • The second period featured chances from both sides, but neither team could capitalize.
  • Lazore had the best chance for Buffalo State in the period, but her breakaway attempt on the power play went just over the top of the crossbar.

  • Davidson added her second goal of the game less than three minutes in the third period to give the Mustangs a 4-0 lead.
  • A Buffalo State tripping penalty on a breakaway attempt gave Morrisville State a penalty shot opportunity, but Auge came up big to deny Kendra Johnston with a pad save.
  • Rhys Brown sniped a power-play goal from the right faceoff dot with three minutes remaining to give Morrisville its final tally of the game.
