BUFFALO, N.Y.—Ten different Golden Eagles scored as No. 17 Brockport raced past host Buffalo State 23-2 today in a SUNYAC game at Coyer Field.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- Julia Wachna (Syracuse/Onondaga) scored both Buffalo State goals and Sydney Watters (N. Tonawanda/Niagara-Wheatfield) collected an assist.
- Brockport jumped out to a 2-0 lead less than two minutes into the game, but Wachna cut the deficit in half.
- The Golden Eagles scored twice more before Wachna's second made the score 4-2 midway through the opening half, but Brockport took control from there, scoring 19-consecutive goals to close out the game.
- Brockport outshot the Bengals 43-6 and had a 20-6 advantage in draw controls.
- Janae Nelson (Elmont/Elmont) finished with 12 saves.
FOR THE FOES
- Heather Conklin led Brockport with five goals, while Logan Hibbard scored four, and Natalie Strough and Anna Leva netted three apiece.
Buffalo State is scheduled to play at Oswego on Monday at 4 p.m.
