Tima Abdellatif (Grand Island/Grand Island) won the hammer throw to lead Buffalo State today at the non-team scored Alfred State Early Season Invitational.

NOTABLES
- Abdellatif won the hammer throw with a mark of 36.98 meters.
- Jenna Raczka (Cheektowaga/Maryvale) also had a strong meet, finishing runner-up in the 400-meter dash (1:03.55) and placing fifth in the long jump (4.70m).
- Victoria Florczak (Depew/St. Mary's of Lancaster) showed third in the 100-meter dash (13.90), while Halle Moore (Copiague/Copiague) was fourth in the 400-meter dash (1:04.34).
- Clara Sensini (Kingston/Kingston) earned a seventh-place finish in the 800-meter run (2:34.11).
Buffalo State will compete at the University at Buffalo Invitational next Saturday.
