  • Plattsburgh closed the half on a 4-0 run to reduce the Bengals' lead to 14 at the break.
  • Buffalo State grew its lead back to 19 coming out of halftime, as a DaRon Hughey (Hartford, CT/The Masters School) jumper gave the Bengals a 50-31 advantage.

  • Another run by Plattsburgh cut the deficit to single-digits, as Marlon Todd drained a jumper to make the score 80-72 with three minutes left, but that was as close as the Cardinals would get as Buffalo State cruised to the 88-76 victory.
